I am proud to be entering my "wise" years having spent the last 5 decades exploring many areas of my life. I have four children, and 6 granddaughters. My husband and I live in beautiful White Rock, BC Canada where we enjoy what the natural environment has to offer.

I spent thirty years in the workforce, primarily in senior leadership and coaching and facilitation roles. The last 15 years have been dedicated to achieving spiritual and emotional wellness in a way that allows me to share what I have learned with others. In that time I have added Heart Resonance Therapy to my existing practices of Hypnotherapy, Healing Touch and Vibrational Sound Healing.

I became a Clinical Hypnotherapist after discovering the benefits of Hypnosis for myself. I have a strong desire to share this knowledge and I discovered that I have the ability to guide others as they assist themselves towards peace of mind. All Hypnosis is self hypnosis and helping to allow people to feel empowered and make their own changes is key to healing. I have been granted the gift of being able to hold that space for them while they learn and change anything they wish to. In 2004, I moved the Coastal Academy of Hypnotherapy to White Rock, BC. The student campus is located at #207-14888  104 Ave, Surrey, BC. It is the place and the space where I teach others the skills required to make a difference in other people's lives, as well as their own.

I am Certified by the International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association. I am Board Certified by the National Guild of Hypnotists, and I am a Certified Hypnosis Trainer.

Coastal Academy of Hypnotic Arts and Science

For many the idea of helping people is a new one, while for others, it is a life-long goal. Coastal Academy is a school of Hypnotherapy where students take a one-year course to become certified as a Clinical Hypnotherapist. Students attend classes part-time for one weekend each month and spend 3 weeks per month doing practical work.

The Academy also offers a full-time four week intensive courses for those who prefer that method and can dedicate a very full and intensive three weeks to learning.

The school is registered with the International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association and graduates are Certified by them, as well as by the National Guild of Hypnotists and are respected in the industry. Coastal Academy's head office is located in sunny White Rock, BC. The student campus is located at #207-14888  104 Ave, Surrey, BC.
